Our Team
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensed as applicable by local and state laws.
Our technicians are trained to the highest standards and are required to become registered with the BACB as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
We require all of our teammates to be CPR and First Aid certified by the American Heart Association. We also require our teammates to be competent in HIPPA, ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting procedures.

Teri received her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science in 2006 from Bluefield College. Shortly after, she began working in the mental health field with adults and children diagnosed with developmental disabilities and other comorbid disorders. She obtained a Master's Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2014 and began pursuing a license in mental health counseling.
After her two youngest sons were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2014; she began pursuing a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2017 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. She founded Autism & Behavioral Consultants, Inc. in 2018 to reach an underrepresented population in her hometown of Princeton, West Virginia.
Teri is associated with the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA) and Association for Behavior Analysts International (ABAI). She is licensed to provide services in West Virginia, Ohio, and Virginia.
